AI Song Maker Music License

This page explains how commercial use of music generated with AI Song Maker works. It applies to generated songs, instrumentals, lyrics, stems, covers, voice outputs, and related audio assets created through the platform.

Who can use generated music commercially

Paid users may use qualifying music in commercial projects.

For AI Song Maker, a paid user means an account that has either:

• an active paid subscription; or
• a completed one-time credit pack purchase.

Commercial projects may include monetized videos, social posts, podcasts, livestreams, games, apps, films, presentations, advertising, branded content, client work, and other published or revenue-generating media.

Free access and unpaid use

Free access, trial-only access, and anonymous use do not grant commercial rights by themselves.

Music generated before you became a paid user may become eligible for commercial licensing after your account has paid access, as long as the music remains in your account, was generated in compliance with our Terms of Service, and you obtain a license certificate for that music while your paid entitlement is valid.

Once a license certificate is issued for qualifying music while your account has paid access, your right to keep using that specific music commercially continues after the paid access ends, provided your use continues to comply with this license and our Terms of Service.

What you can do

For qualifying licensed music, you may:

• download and store the generated audio;
• use it in personal, creator, business, client, and promotional projects;
• edit, trim, loop, remix, synchronize, or combine it with other lawful content;
• publish it on websites, social platforms, streaming platforms, apps, games, podcasts, videos, presentations, and advertisements;
• monetize media that includes the licensed music, subject to the rules of the platform, distributor, client, or marketplace you use.

The license is worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, and perpetual for each qualifying track after a license certificate has been issued.

What is not allowed

You may not:

• use generated music for illegal, harmful, deceptive, hateful, exploitative, or infringing content;
• submit lyrics, prompts, melodies, reference audio, uploads, voice samples, or other materials that you do not have the right to use;
• intentionally imitate a specific copyrighted song, recording, melody, vocal identity, or artist identity in a way that may violate third-party rights;
• register generated music in a Content ID system, fingerprinting database, collecting society, copyright registry, or similar rights-management system in a way that restricts other lawful users of similar AI-generated outputs;
• claim exclusive ownership over AI-generated outputs beyond the rights expressly granted to you;
• resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to AI Song Maker itself;
• use another person's voice, performance, recording, lyrics, melody, or identity without the required rights, permissions, or lawful basis.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for your prompts, lyrics, uploads, references, voice materials, and any other inputs you provide. You are also responsible for reviewing generated music before publishing or using it commercially.

If your project depends on a third-party platform, distributor, label, publisher, client, marketplace, or advertising network, you are responsible for following that party's rules and requirements.

Some AI-generated outputs may sound similar to other outputs or existing works because of model behavior, common styles, common prompts, or public musical conventions. You should review the output carefully before release.

AI output disclaimer

AI-generated music may not be unique. Similar prompts, styles, references, or model behavior may produce similar outputs for different users.

AI Song Maker does not guarantee that generated music is eligible for copyright registration in every jurisdiction, that it will be free from all third-party claims, or that every platform will accept, monetize, distribute, or clear it without review.

Generated music and any license certificate are provided "as is" and "as available." AI Song Maker does not provide legal advice, copyright registration, distributor approval, Content ID clearance, or a guarantee against takedowns, claims, monetization reviews, or disputes.

License certificate

Eligible paid users may obtain a license certificate for qualifying generated music in their account.

The certificate is a platform-issued record tied to a specific account and music asset. It may include:

• license ID;
• account email or user ID;
• track title or music title;
• music ID, task ID, or provider task ID;
• paid entitlement source, such as subscription or credit pack;
• generation time and issue time;
• license status and verification metadata.

The certificate is intended to help document your commercial-use rights for a specific generated music asset. It is not a copyright registration, legal opinion, third-party platform approval, distributor guarantee, or guarantee against Content ID claims, takedowns, monetization review, or disputes.

Changes

We may update this page as AI Song Maker, our plans, laws, model providers, and platform requirements evolve. Continued use of AI Song Maker after an update means you accept the updated license terms.
